Yes, unpack, but then it’s time to enjoy all of the amenities this captivating home offers. Enjoy a dip in the outdoor pool. Have an icy cold beverage and relax in the outdoor living room of the Lanai. Enjoy the sunset beyond the canal.

Once you’re finished cooking your favorite meal in this beautiful state-of-the-art kitchen, you’ll find the pass-through window to the Lanai extremely convenient and you’ll dine there in sheer comfort.

If you find that you want to stretch your limbs a bit, take a walk to St. Armands Circle where you’ll find coffee and tea shops, cafes and restaurants, gelato and ice-cream shops, a fudge factory, an art gallery, and more. You may want to take a stroll on the beach which is just a half a mile away. Or perhaps a boat ride on Sarasota Bay and out to the Gulf of Mexico.

Once back, take your shoes off and relax. Perhaps you’ll make some popcorn and settle in with a good movie. Maybe you’ll pour a glass of wine and wind down under the stars in the hot tub. No matter what you choose to do, one thing is for certain… at Kon-Tiki you’ll be living the dream!

IF BRINGING A BOAT THERE ARE BRIDGE HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS. We have been told by Marine Max that the average High Tide bridge clearance is 7 feet and the difference between High Tide and Low Tide is 1.5 feet - 2.5 feet. So the maximum height at Low Tide is around 9 feet.

Perfect location

This home is in the perfect location. In between Longboat Key and Sarasota, your can get anywhere in 10 minutes. The house was comfortable and the canal it is on gave us a lot of wildlife to watch: manatees, dolphins, blue heron, etc. Pool was delightful. The house is maintained meticulously. We will be back.
