The kitchen has all that is needed for cooking favorite family meals. There’s room to conveniently layout a nice lunch spread, snacks and fresh fruit. And a dishwasher ... no muss, no fuss. Who wants to do dishes while on vacation?

Lovely immaculate home
by Kate WThis lovely home was immaculate and a comfortable size for our family of four. We had to call the property manager about how warm the bedrooms felt compared to the rest of the house, and the owner agreed to lower the temp from 74 to 71 (it’s a Nest connected thermostat). That helped a good bit but we still used a standing fan we purchased for the master bedroom. Also note the pool only has 2 chaises but there are 4 chairs if you want to eat or relax outdoors in their very scenic and private yard. The best feature of this home is its location- steps away from St Armand’s Circle and a walk of just .7 miles to Lido Beach (at least measured by my Apple Watch). We always enjoy Sarasota and this was a very nice rental.
Very happy
by Andrew OVery happy with the property, the amenities offered and the proximity to St. Armand's Circle and Lido Beach. The house was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels for both home and beach use. The kitchen was well-stocked with any utensil you could possibly need. The sun-room was a very relaxing room to read and the built-in AC ensured that it didn't get too warm. The pool was just what we needed and there were a number of pool (and beach toys, including beach chairs) that were available for use. Finally, Sue with Florida Connection was excellent to deal with. We accidentally got ourselves locked out when one of the kids closed a door behind him, but we called Sue and she was there in a matter of minutes to rescue us. I'll certainly be looking to stay at this place again in the future!
Wonderful, well appointed
by Diane BHad a wonderful time this past August 2018 at this house. Nice big pool. Clean, well-appointed house large enough to accommodate my husband, me and our three kids. Three bedrooms (one with 2 twins) and two bathrooms. From the house, you can walk to St Armand's Circle and shop, eat, drink. Walking distance to the beach. I have no complaints or negatives at all. Great time.
Great location
by Susan SIt was a great location! The house is a little outdated but spotless and easy to keep clean. Was great to have laundry available. Kitchen is small but there is a nice dining area. Living room and sun room were nice sized. Bedrooms are nice. Decorations etc were beachy and nice. We really enjoyed. It came equipped with blender, cookware, pans etc! Well supplied with dishes. First time we have rented. Glad we found it. The pool was a nice size too but we didn't use it since it was cold while there. I recommend it.
