This incredible five bedroom private pool home offers luxury and comfort for the discerning traveller. From the moment you pull into the circular drive, you will recognize the quality of this home. Step in the 2-story vestibule with views looking out towards the pool and canal.
A formal dining area and sitting area are nestled in the entry. A fully equipped office with large flat-screen and printer offer a complete office space to work with barn doors that close to ensure privacy.
Two guest bedrooms occupy the west wing of the ground floor. With a king bed in each bedroom, the first guest room offers a full ensuite bath with lighting features that auto activate when opening doors. The second guest bedroom on the south side offers views of the pool and canal. An exterior door provides a full bath servicing both the second guest bedroom and doubling as a pool bath.
In the East wing, you have an open floor plan kitchen and family room with sliders stepping out to the pool deck. The large island with beautifully installed cabinetry and granite offers a place to connect in this intimate space of the home.
Up one flight of stairs off the kitchen, you will find a fully outfitted mother-in-law's bedroom or an au pere or just that extra private space for your extended family or business associate.
Scale the large stairwall in the entry and you will arrive to the gaming area with a large flatscreen, surfboard bar and table set, and gaming. Tucked off the hallway is the children's guest room with a set of bunkbeds.
The master suite offers all the comforts needed. Your king bed offers views of the pool from the windows or you can sit on the private balcony and overlook the canal or look out to the bay. A very large walk in closet provides ample space for your personal items. An overized master bathroom offers plenty of counter space, drawers, and luxury for your convenience. A separate walkin shower and soaking tub create the oasis for your stay.
The outdoor kitchen by the pool offers full exterior entertainment. The heatable pool includes autofill and autoshutoff features. Have dinner outside by the pool or snacks in the conversation pit. Walk the landscaped outdoors down to the dock where you can view the marine life. A kayak dock is available for your use. Bring your boat and use the dock and lift. Lift is a 13,000lb max. Plus plenty of space to tie off on the dock or seawall.
