Beachplace has everything you could dream of including gated 24 hour security, private beach access with chairs, club-house, fitness center, heated pool/spa, separate wading/children's pool, four har-tru tennis courts, elevators and a voluntary library where you can borrow books. Even a car washing station, EV Car charging station and BBQ grills (only at the pool area).

Beachplace is a lovely condo community set right on the beach at the south end of Longboat Key. The owners and lessees were friendly and welcoming. The private beach is a short walk past the clubhouse, pool, athletic facilities, etc. Great for morning walks along the beach and for viewing spectacular sunsets! Lots of amenities and easy access to stores, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend this location to you!

Longboat key is truly a gem

We loved our stay at Beach place. The condo was clean, very well stocked and quite comfortable. Beach place is a beautiful property with a lovely pool that my kids enjoyed and the beach at your doorstep. Longboat key is truly a gem that makes you feel like you have your own private island.
