Everyone will enjoy and appreciate the wide open water views across Cranes Bayou. The white sandy beach and sparkling blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico are only about 200 steps from the front door. Going to the beach is a breeze!
Thoughtfully renovated, this single family contemporary, ranch-style pool home has over 2000 sq. ft. The open concept living area offers views of the bayou from almost every room.
The new custom kitchen with stainless appliances has rosewood, bamboo, Innermost cabinets and Cambria countertops with mosaic backsplash.
Quite welcoming, there is a beautiful custom mosaic designer floor in the foyer leading to the living room. The living room has a wall of windows looking out on the bayou, giving a feeling of floating. To bring the sunshine in, there are two huge skylights making this home bright and cheery.
The main bedroom has a view of the bayou and a spacious bathroom with a large double shower and double vanity. One guest bedroom has a full bath with glass shower, subway tile and marble flooring. The other guest bedroom has an ensuite half bath. All the bedrooms have hardwood floors.
Behind a 6' privacy wall, you will find a secret garden which surrounds the pool and courtyard. Florida friendly landscaping and landscape lighting set the tone for wonderful days and evenings spent outdoors poolside.
For waterside pleasure, there is a large dock for fishing or just relaxing above the water. For the avid paddler, there is a floating dock for kayaks and standup paddleboards and a covered outdoor storage area. Only a 400-yard paddle to beautiful Sarasota Bay, only one bridge to the Gulf. Bring your water toys, get out and play, then at the end of the day conveniently store them until next time.
Wait, there is more! The screened lanai is a great place to watch the sun or moonrise and to enjoy daily wildlife visits from manatees, stingrays, dolphins and bald eagles.

Great view of the dolphins in the bay

Weber BBQ Gas Grill new and first class. Great view to the bay including the 3 dolphins we have seen very close . Pool area great and the 2 minutes' walk to the beach is unbeatable. WE will come back to this property as soon as possible
