A Completely new kitchen was installed in Summer 2023!
The owner of this home has thought of your basic comforts to have a relaxing and unpretentious beach getaway. With newly renovated bedrooms and bathrooms, the water tones are highlighted in this coastal home decorated in blues.
The master bedroom offers a queen bed and en suite bath with step in shower. French doors lead out out the expansive deck in the back of the home.
Your guests will enjoy their private bedrooms with the 2nd bedroom offering a full sized bed and the front guest room providing a queen bed. Both bedrooms share a full jack and jill bath with step in shower.
Everyone can gather in the open living space with brand new sofas or you can separate in the reading area at the front of the home, the sitting area off the kitchen or step outside and relax on the oversized deck that is fenced in to offer privacy.
This is a perfect beach getaway. The home is located only a block from the expansive Lido Beach. Bring your beach gear and head to the sands or enjoy the large public pool at the Lido Pavillion.
Bring your bikes and enjoy riding around the island or take one of Sarasota's many public transportation options - even enjoying their latest e-bikes scattered throughout the city.
The Coastal Blue Home is your basecamp for any outdoor adventure. Kayak in the mangroves, sunset beach strolls, dining at St. Armand's Circle - there is something for everyone.
Please note that this home does not provide a landline so ensure you are traveling with a cell phone to maximize your opportunity to be reached....or not!
The garage is not available for use.

Great home for a family vacation!
