From the moment you approach the complex, you enter your private retreat. Walking through the front door, you and your guests will be greeted by the columns of elegance where you inevitably will be drawn to the incredible water views across the room as the bay waters call to you like a Siren. Traveling through the home you are greeted at any turn with a view out to the calm waters. This serenity is reflected in the furnishings of every room.
This incredible home is a 4 bed plus den, 4 car garage, Mediterranean-style residence. You can almost hear the cliff divers splashing into the Aegean Sea. The thoughtfully designed floor plan allows each family member or guests their private and luxurious space. Gather in one of the many public spaces in the kitchen, or family room, or just lounge on one of the covered decks enjoying the morning sun, or watch the colors change and the marine life play in the bay as the sun goes down. If you want to go shell seeking or swimming at sunset, you can access the residents-only gate to one of the prettiest stretches of the Gulf of Mexico hidden behind a bank of luscious sea grapes. Choose to kayak or paddle board in the protected bay that is a haven for some of the local marine life. Watch the dolphins or sight the manatees just off the sea wall. And don't forget to say 'Hello" to the resident blue heron as well as other feathered friends who come to regularly visit the pool and yard daily.
