On a canal, this light-filled home features three bedrooms plus a den / family room and sits on a gorgeous piece of beautifully landscaped property. The gardens are lush, tropical and green - so pretty! And just across the street is a protected wetland, so peace and quiet and green are yours to enjoy. Best of all, the beautiful beach is also close by. On the canal, you will find a dock where you can try your hand at fishing or launch your kayaks.
Enjoy spacious outdoor living on the screened lanai with sparkling blue salt water pool. Eat, nap or read to your heart's content while soaking up the sun. There is also a furnished, covered outside area for when it is time to get of the sun, but still want to be outdoors.
For those who like to cook, the kitchen was updated in 2022. The den is cozy and the perfect spot to watch your favorite sports or movies. The living room is inviting and opens up to the outdoors.
The master bedroom has an ensuite with shower. The guest bathroom is shared by the two guest bedrooms.
A quiet neighborhood on north Longboat Key is just the place to enjoy all that Longboat Key has to offer.

Attractive furnishings and artwork
by Brian H.Both the house ("Enchantment") and the staff we dealt with at Vacation Connection were outstanding. First the house: charming, quaint and very workable. Quiet location. Lots of birds at that time of year. (November) The furnishings and the artwork (oh yeah, we notice!) are attractive and are also well-suited to the "Gulf vibe" of the location. The pool area is lovely and because of the screened-in structure surrounding it, most of the bugs were kept out. Always love being on the canal and this location did not disappoint. Everything a renter would need is there. It was clean when we arrived. The stunning beach is a short walk away as well. (Cross Gulf of Mexico Drive at your peril...!) As are other amenities that the north end of LBK offers. The staff at Vacation Connection were responsive and understanding with the small issues we had. They communicated effectively and made us feel confident that they were 'on it.' And, it turns out, they were! Kudos to them! (Sue, Greg and Gary.)

Perfect home away from home
by Carol BEnchantment is a beautiful home with lovely furnishings and grounds. It was a perfect home away from home for two couples to share for the month. Its setting and location to the beaches and restaurants was ideal. Hopefully, we will be able to rent it again in the future.
Clean and well equipped
by Claude DHouse very good. Located near beach, tennis, golf. Very clean, complete and well-arranged equipment and accessories: kitchen, laundry room, towels, beach chairs...
