Our guests have access to the beautiful private beach, pool and hot tub area only. Resort amenities (golf, dining, tennis, room or maid service or fitness) are private and not included. No money is exchanged on the property.

Mesmerizing views of the beach, the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico are yours to enjoy from the private lanai. This perfect island getaway is located behind the gates on the prestigious southern tip of Longboat Key with a gorgeous beach and inviting pool area, illuminated in the evening. The living area is beautifully furnished. There are pretty linens and fluffy pillows on the King size bed. The dressing area is also beautifully updated with blue Brazilian granite counters resembling the blue Gulf waters. The bathroom is beautifully updated, too, with Italian porcelain tile and an onyx inlaid bathtub / shower. The fully equipped kitchen is gorgeous with attractive and well-designed cabinets, granite counters, stainless and special affect lighting. For indoor dining, there is a pretty granite table for four. The open and private lanai is a pleasant place to take in the view, read a good book, enjoy a cup of coffee, or an evening meal and watch dolphins passing by. Outdoor dining table for four, as well as a chaise lounge, makes outdoor enjoyment easy. A 55" TV allows you to surf the internet. High speed secured internet access, cable and web television, as well as local and long distance US calls are included. DVD Blu-Ray and a small collection of DVD's are available. Added conveniences include a safe, ceiling fan, table fan, printer/scanner/copier, washing machine and dryer, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and the I-Home radio system allows to play your Apple or other audio devices. The pool and hot tub area equipped with chaise lounges and umbrellas is a great place to relax, so swimming and sunning enjoyment is yours to be had!

Wake up every morning and see from your bed the gentle waves of the Gulf of Mexico, changing its colors every couple of minutes. Have your breakfast on the private balcony, overlooking the beach and the Gulf. Swim in the heated private pool and hot tub. Enjoy the white sandy beach, just steps away from the club suite. There you will find beach lounges exclusively for use by our guests. In addition, you will find in the condo two beach chairs you can take to the beach.

This condo is only a short drive- away from world famous St. Armand's Circle, offering galleries, fine shops and a variety of elegant and casual dining options. The condo is situated near the abundant cultural actives of Sarasota, offering art galleries, live theatre, opera, ballet and music.

We know you will enjoy the luxurious suite, where you will discover the special ambiance of Longboat Key and its beautiful beaches.

Classy, comfortable, and top quality

This is my 4th time staying at this property, and I love it! Spacious and comfortable with a view that cannot be surpassed, this is my favorite place to be when visiting Longboat Key. It’s always spotless upon arrival; the furnishings and appliances are classy, comfortable, and top quality. We spent most days enjoying our coffee and meals sitting outside on the balcony, just enjoying the sounds of the water and Zen views of the sand and surf! Will be back every year, as long as this place is here and available!

Check-in process was easy once we read the email but still a bit of a hassle since the office is offsite. The resort was a bit noisey for our liking, lots of yard maintenance happening right at 8am! Location was spot on and unit was very clean. Thank you

Relaxing vacation

Best location on Longboat Key!

We loved our place except for the TV. Perfect for 2 people, magnificent views of palms, beach, water and sunsets- what more could we want?! Also the best location anyone could have on Longboat! All the staff that we would see would greet us and seemed to be happy to have us there! I believe the restaurants, etc. would do very well accepting renters for their businesses but we never had a problem finding great places to eat for sure . Their loss!!! We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay..thank you…

The owner really understands how to design a renter-friendly environment! The sofa bed is superior to any we've used before. Appreciated the labeling of lights and controls, simple decor, and spot-on furnishings.

Jeff, especially, went to great lengths to correct the issues we had with the first unit, and allow us to move to the second unit with no additional penalty. Was very understanding with my timing/key issues at the end

Beautiful private beach next to inlet and flocks of birds. The rental does NOT include access to club golf, tennis, resteraunts. Umbrellas are an extra $15/day. The water is clear almost no waves. (We did start our visit during a red tide with some smell and a couple dead fish) Otherwise the white sand was great with a tractor fluffing up at least once a week. There are small shells to collect. The pool and hot tub were also great. Minor issues we had sugar ants in the room, we are responsible for taking care of garbage but dumpster at another building. The place is very well furnished and neighbors were few. On Saturday evening and Sunday night weddings were seen from balcony. The later one ended at 11:00 pm. Location to other activities is good.

The view from this balcony is everything! It couldn't be any better! The condo was beautiful… CLEAN, and inviting. It was a very spacious, cozy, comfortable place to be. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was neat and organized. If I had something negative to say, it would probably be the tub/shower situation. The shower is behind a glass wall that doesn't move, so you have to take the shower head down before adjusting your water temp… otherwise you get soaked. But that's it! The grounds were beautiful, the Security guards were so very nice and ensured we knew where to go. I will definitely stay at this property again.
