Offered by FL Vacation Connection, this perfect island getaway is located on the southern tip of Longboat Key with a beautiful beach and pool area.

Our guests have access to the beautiful private beach, pool and hot tub area only. Resort amenities (golf, dining, tennis, room & maid service or fitness) are private and not included. No money is exchanged on the property, except at Concierge for Beach Umbrella Rental.

This deluxe beachfront second floor condo has new furniture in both bedrooms with new mattresses. This deluxe unit features approximately 1700 square feet with a 52’ long, open beachfront lanai. The views cannot be beat! The beach is great and the pool and hot tub inviting too!

The oversized living and dining area and both bedrooms open to the lanai. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven and a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed with dressing area and bath. The guest bedroom has two twin/single beds and a dressing area and bath. All rooms are furnished in a contemporary Floridian style.

Great to work with FVC

Great to work with FVC who manage this property that sits within building two of LBK Resort. The apartment needs a little updating but it works very well and had everything you need. The. beach and access to it is great. We had a lovely trip and love LBK in general.

Wonderful stay

Spacious and beautiful

This is a spacious and beautiful apartment in the Longboat Key Club resort but without Club amenities. It has great ocean views and is right on the pristine beach. We've stayed several times and it has always been an excellent experience.

Great neighborhood

Great neighborhood. Property seemed larger than in the pictures. Very nice pool area and beach. Only minus is no access to pool bar or restaurants.

Location perfect

We conducted several meetings in the condo as well as enjoyed personal time. Location of the bedrooms gave lots of privacy and the large areas, with multiple tables, provided different options for business meetings. The only issue we had was the availability of plugs for phones/computers due to the age of the property. Also, TV in main room operated differently from bedrooms and were unable to operate it. Location perfect and view magnificent. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous stay

 We had a fabulous stay at this property on Longboat Key. The condo was exactly as pictured. The location this property is excellent, close to entrance to the beach and the pool! Highly recommend. We will be back. The only comments are: It would have been nice to be left a little more of the essentials - dishwasher and laundry for a couple of loads vs just one, one more roll of paper towel & a little larger dish soap. We knew going in that we could not use the restaurant, etc. I do think it would be nice if we could order on a credit card. I couldn't even make a purchase from the gift shop.

Breathtaking

The property is simply breathtaking. The photos could not possibly convey the space, quality, facilities and view. Having visited LBK for over 25 years and stayed in a number of properties this was by far the best. The mangers, Florida Vacation Connection respond to any problems effectively and efficiently. AMAZING view

The view was AMAZING! The condo and decor was dated but the view made everything great! The only confusing part was the membership vs people that rent through an outside source. You have no access to the restaurants or pool bar. Overall the view made the trip!

Huge balcony

My family has stayed at the Inn at the Beach property 3 times. We rented the condo in building 2 in early June. It is a beautifully decorated very large two bedroom with a huge balcony overlooking the gulf and everything needed for a fabulous stay. In September we stayed in a studio in building 1. This unit is beautifully decorated as well and had all the necessities. It looks out to the gulf and has a lovely balcony. These units have access to the beach lounge chairs and umbrellas and the resort pool. Each time we've rented Sue did a great job with the paperwork and making sure we were taken care of. I will definitely use Florida Vacation Connection again.
