Best property we have experienced
by KimberlyTop notch! Phenomenal views 8 floors up-both bay and ocean. So close to ocean, it seemed as though you are actually ON it. Great communication with FVC management-timely responses and very helpful. Property very clean and beautiful. High end laundry and kitchen appliances plus all kitchen tools you need to cook are there. They leave you with enough of the necessities until you can make it to the market just a few minutes away (tp, paper towel, dishsoap, trash bags, detergent, and a welcome bag with some goodies). St. Armand's Circle is close by for shopping/restaurants or you can head into Sarasota. Beach is immaculate and good for long walks. Long Boat Key never disappoints and this property is one of the best we've experienced.
