The view from the condo is one that you will enjoy. It overlooks a lush greenbelt out to the Gulf of Mexico. Your private, furnished and screened balcony is the perfect spot to take in the view.
The interior of blue and yellow decor along with Mexican tile flooring make this a cheery place. Add in comfortable furnishings and you are all set to relax both indoors and out.
Unique to this condo, you will have two assigned parking spaces; one of which is located under cover in the carport.
With so much to enjoy, both indoors and out, this is a great property on beautiful Longboat Key beach!

Little slice of paradise
Seaplace G7-405 was the perfect spot for our beach vacation! We especially loved how easy it was to head down to the private beach and not crowded at all. It felt like our own little slice of paradise.
After the beach, we’d cool off in the pool or relax in the hot tub. The whole community was quiet, friendly, and beautifully maintained. We also enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony... absolutely stunning.
Big thanks to Florida Vacation Connection for making everything smooth and stress-free. We’re already talking about coming back!
